This website may collect information you voluntarily submit through a rental request, such as your name, contact information, requested vehicle, rental dates and pickup area.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to rental requests, evaluate availability and renter eligibility, verify identity and insurance when authorized, detect potential fraud or mismatches, communicate booking requirements, administer requested services, maintain rental and payment records, and resolve disputes.
Driver-license and identity verification
The secure renter-verification flow may use Stripe Identity to collect and process a live capture of a driver license and a selfie used for identity comparison. Depending on the verification configuration and permissions, Yahweh Wheels may receive verification status, limited verified identity or document information, expiration information, provider identifiers, and reasons a verification requires attention. The secure flow is designed so sensitive images are collected by the verification provider rather than through the basic public inquiry form.
If an additional jurisdiction-data or driver-data provider is enabled, verified license details may be supplied to that provider for a license-data match or other specifically authorized verification. Yahweh Wheels may receive the provider's match/result fields and transaction identifiers. A basic license-data match should not be understood as a full motor-vehicle record or a guarantee of current driving privilege unless the specific service used expressly provides that information.
Insurance verification
When a renter authorizes insurance verification, Yahweh Wheels may use MeasureOne or another disclosed consumer-permissioned provider to obtain insurance information from a supported insurer connection or from documentation the renter chooses to submit to that provider. Information returned may include policy status, coverage dates, insurer information, policy-holder names, masked policy identifiers, verification status and related result details. Insurer login credentials, when a provider connection requires them, should be entered only in the verification provider's secured flow and not in Yahweh Wheels' basic website inquiry form.
Automated screening and owner alerts
The verification workflow may automatically compare returned information with the rental request and flag conditions such as expiration, unsuccessful document or selfie verification, license-data mismatches, inactive insurance, policy dates that do not cover the requested rental period, or a policy-holder name mismatch. A clean result may allow the verification process to continue automatically. A flagged result may pause the process for manual review and may generate an alert to Yahweh Wheels containing the rental reference, renter contact information, vehicle and the reason review is needed.
Do not submit sensitive documents through the public form
Do not upload driver-license images, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, insurer passwords or other sensitive identity credentials through the basic website inquiry form. Use only the designated secure verification or payment flow when those items are requested.
Optional insurance purchase
If a renter chooses to purchase third-party rental insurance or protection, the renter may be transferred to or shown a checkout controlled by a licensed insurance provider or broker. Yahweh Wheels may transmit or receive limited booking information needed to associate the coverage with the rental, such as rental reference, vehicle, dates and renter contact details, subject to the provider's integration and privacy terms. Policy payment details and underwriting/eligibility information are handled by the provider where applicable.
When automatic policy confirmation is not yet enabled, the renter may submit an insurance order or policy number to Yahweh Wheels for manual confirmation. That number and related rental information may be included in an owner alert for pre-rental review.
Secure payment processing
If you use the secure card-on-file page, payment-card information is collected through Stripe's payment fields and processed by Stripe. Yahweh Wheels receives payment-related identifiers and limited card details needed to administer the rental, such as card brand and last four digits, but the site is designed so Yahweh Wheels does not receive or store the complete card number or security code.
Yahweh Wheels may retain records of your card-on-file authorization, rental reference, payment transaction identifiers and charge history as needed to administer rentals, resolve disputes, maintain records and comply with legal obligations.
Verification service providers
Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to perform requested identity, driver-license, insurance, payment, hosting, security, communications or recordkeeping functions. Those providers process information under their own terms, privacy practices and service arrangements. Verification data should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for rental administration, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations and applicable provider requirements.

If analytics or advertising tools are added, this policy should be updated to identify those services and the data they collect.
