Rental terms.
Website-level terms for inquiries and reservations. Your final signed rental agreement controls the actual rental.
Availability requests
Submitting a website form is a request for availability and is not a guaranteed or confirmed reservation.
Driver eligibility and verification
Drivers may be required to provide a valid driver license and meet age, identity, driving-record, insurance and payment requirements before a rental is approved.
When verification is requested, the renter authorizes Yahweh Wheels and its verification providers to collect and process the information reasonably needed to verify identity, driver-license information, and insurance eligibility for the requested rental. This may include a live image of a driver license, a selfie used to compare against the license photograph, verified license details, and consumer-permissioned insurance information. When a jurisdiction-data or driving-record provider is enabled, license details may also be compared with information returned by that provider.
Verification results may be evaluated automatically to identify conditions such as an expired or unverifiable license document, failed selfie comparison, mismatched license details, inactive or expired insurance, rental dates outside the policy period, or a renter name that does not match the available insurance record. A clean automated result may allow the renter to continue; an issue may pause the rental for manual review. Verification is one part of the eligibility process and is not, by itself, a guarantee that a renter is legally eligible or that Yahweh Wheels must approve the rental.
Pricing and deposits
Rates, taxes, delivery charges, deposits, mileage limits, charging/fuel obligations, late charges and other costs are disclosed during the booking process and/or in the final rental agreement.
Vehicle use
Vehicles must be used lawfully and in accordance with the signed rental agreement. Prohibited uses, authorized drivers, geographic restrictions, smoking/pet rules and other conditions may vary by vehicle.
Insurance verification and responsibility
Insurance and financial-responsibility requirements are confirmed before release of the vehicle. When the renter starts an insurance verification, the renter authorizes a consumer-permissioned insurance provider to obtain or verify applicable policy information from a supported insurer connection or submitted policy documentation. Verification may include policy status, coverage dates, policy-holder information and other available insurance details relevant to the rental.
An automated insurance result may pass, fail, or be routed for review. Yahweh Wheels may require additional documentation, confirmation from the insurer, or other evidence before releasing a vehicle. Website content and verification results are not an insurance policy, do not create insurance coverage, and do not replace the final rental agreement.
Card on file and later rental charges
When a renter separately authorizes a card on file, Yahweh Wheels may use the saved payment method for amounts the renter is responsible for under the signed rental agreement. Depending on the rental, these may include agreed rental charges or deposits, approved extensions, late-return charges, excess mileage, refueling or EV charging, tolls, renter-responsible parking or citation costs, cleaning, damage or deductible amounts, recovery costs, and other charges specifically authorized by the rental agreement and permitted by law.
For an EV rental, an eligible charging-network record may be used to document a renter-responsible charging amount. Where supported, Yahweh Wheels may match a charging session to the rental using the vehicle VIN, rental dates, charging-session identifier, time, energy delivered, charging location, and the amount reported or billed by the charging provider. A charging amount may be processed after the charging session is completed or after the provider posts the final session amount. Any network-imposed charging or session fee passed through to the renter remains subject to the signed rental agreement.
The amount of a later charge is determined by the rates and responsibilities in the signed rental agreement together with actual rental activity or documented costs. Charges may be initiated when due during the rental or after return when an amount is identified. Saving a card does not itself confirm a reservation and does not create a charge.
A renter may revoke permission for future card-on-file charges by contacting Yahweh Wheels. Revocation does not cancel amounts already owed, charges already initiated, or obligations that remain enforceable under the signed rental agreement.
Optional third-party renter insurance referral
Where available, the booking flow may offer an optional referral to Bonzah or another licensed third-party provider. Yahweh Wheels is not the insurer or insurance producer and does not sell, solicit, negotiate, interpret or advise on the insurance. Bonzah/Pablow or the applicable licensed provider and issuing carrier control eligibility, pricing, policy terms, limits, exclusions, effective dates and claims handling.
A renter is not required to use Bonzah when other insurance or protection satisfies the rental requirements. Questions about insurance products, suitability, benefits, limits, exclusions or claims must be directed to the licensed broker or issuing insurer.
Bonzah referral addendum requirements
If a renter chooses Bonzah, Bonzah is a referral partner and any coverage purchased is a contract between the renter and the applicable broker/insurer. Yahweh Wheels does not obligate the renter to purchase from Bonzah.
Bonzah materials state that its standard renter insurance is for personal use of the rental vehicle and does not apply to business, commercial, gig, rideshare, delivery or other non-personal use unless a separate eligible product is provided by Bonzah.
Certain vehicles are excluded from Bonzah coverage. The renter is responsible for confirming vehicle eligibility before relying on a Bonzah policy. Current eligibility information is available at Bonzah's included and restricted vehicle list.
Any Bonzah coverage relied on for a Yahweh Wheels rental must be purchased before vehicle pickup and remain continuous for the entire rental period. Bonzah coverage runs in 24-hour cycles. Any rental extension that depends on Bonzah coverage must be matched by a timely policy extension before existing coverage lapses; a lapse cannot be retroactively filled.
Only drivers authorized on the rental agreement and insurance application may operate the vehicle when relying on Bonzah coverage. The renter is responsible for ensuring any additional driver is properly listed and authorized.
No individual Bonzah policy should be described as “full coverage.” The renter is responsible for reviewing the provider's Description of Coverage, limits, exclusions and policy documents and for deciding whether any additional coverage is appropriate.
Bonzah materials state that products are generally available to drivers age 21 or older with a valid driver license, subject to vehicle and product eligibility. See Bonzah FAQs for current provider information.
Payment processing
Card details entered through the secure card-on-file page are processed by Stripe. Yahweh Wheels does not receive or store the renter's complete card number through that payment form.
Final agreement controls
If these website terms differ from a signed rental agreement, the signed agreement governs the rental to the extent permitted by applicable law.
